1. Introduction

Welcome to LarooLaroo. By accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. LarooLaroo is a Venue

LarooLaroo acts solely as a directory and venue to connect Learners with independent Teachers/Service Providers. We are not a party to any agreement between users.

LarooLaroo does not employ, recommend, or endorse any specific Teacher. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided.

3. Virtual Courses

All offered courses are offered virtual, unless noted otherwise in the course description.

4. "Verified" Badge Status

The "Verified" badge is a trust signal indicating that a Teacher has undergone a manual review process. It is not an endorsement of quality.

To obtain a "Verified" badge, Teachers must submit:

A valid LinkedIn profile or Personal Website.
A clear Profile Picture of their own face (no AI images or logos).
A mandatory Video Introduction (to verify identity and prevent fraud).
Government ID Check: The First and Last Name on your profile must match your Government ID.

LarooLaroo reserves the right to revoke this status at any time.

5. No Agency Relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchisee relationship between you and LarooLaroo.

6. Payments and Liability

LarooLaroo does not process payments for classes at this time. All financial transactions are conducted directly between the Learner and the Teacher.

You agree that LarooLaroo is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings. If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release us from claims, demands, and damages of every kind arising out of such disputes.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activity. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies.
